Risk Evaluation and Reduction

The Project Management Coordination Office (PMCO) coordinates risk management activities across EERE. It performs risk assessments, reviews, and evaluations of program operations, activities. In addition, the team develops policies and procedures to guide the management and execution of follow-up activities. The team also monitors and evaluates corrective action data.

Responsibilities

  • Analyzes and reports project portfolio risk
  • Evaluates, coordinates and reports priority project information
  • Monitors and evaluates corrective action status
  • Develops risk-related policies and procedures

Provide effective risk identification and management across the EERE enterprise.
