Course Description:  This course is one of four Continual Learning Program workshops. This course will explain the Individual Development Plan (IDP) process. It will review roles and responsibilities of the employee as well as provide resources for creating a high quality IDP.

Course Objectives:
-Describe IDP requirements per DOE’s Training Order, DOE O 360.1
-Explain the five stages of the IDP planning process
-Describe a high quality IDP
-Identify the benefits of having an IDP
