SlideRule offers free college-level courses from universities around the world available from several online providers. The Government Learning Videos links to the HUD YouTube channel where several videos relating to leadership development are available. And, as always, you can also find links to Coursera, Class Central and the Online Learning Center on the DVU Learning Channel.
