Continual Learning Program/Individual Training Plans - No Excuses

As stated in previous articles, Continual Learning Program is a change initiative to help develop and grow a learning culture within DOE.  This is happening through a series of workshops designed to help supervisors and employees with employee development by finding inexpensive training to create Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
Supervisors and employees are jointly responsible for employee development; there are “No Excuses” for employee development not taking place but solutions.
The following are some of the excuses and solutions:
